With effect from May 10, 2024, seasoned technologist Eugene Huang will join DBS Group Holdings as Chief Information Officer (CIO), the bank announced today. Under him was a team of risk & security professionals, whom he guided to implement IT risk, security compliance, data protection, security technology enablement, and 3rd party risk management initiatives. He led Certinia to achieve a high level of security maturity and resilience, and delivered multiple projects with high satisfaction ratings.

Tracey Evans, Chief Technology Officer, Virtus Health

Roy Huang, Head of Asia & Caribbean, FTI Consulting

Roy Huang has joined FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) as the Head of Asia & Caribbean, the company said today. Huang, who is based in Hong Kong, will be in charge of expanding the company's core service capabilities and providing clients with access to the firm's combined experience to drive growth throughout the region. Additionally, Huang will strengthen ties with corporate clients and private equity firms, as well as the Business Transformation practice in Asia.

Huang led the Transactions and Integrations business in Asia Pacific, the Private Equity and Principal Investor practice, and the Corporate Finance and Strategy practice in Greater China at Boston Consulting Group ("BCG") before joining FTI Consulting. With regard to investments, company transformation, and mergers and acquisitions, he has vast experience working with corporate and private equity customers. He specializes in the technology, consumer products, and financial services sectors.

Prior to joining BCG, Huang was employed at Roland Berger. His previous positions in finance and client portfolio management teams have given him extensive management expertise as well. Huang graduated from Tsinghua University with a bachelor of science in mathematics and applied mathematics.

Laurence Si, Managing Director, Microsoft Malaysia
