The 'Towards Sustainable Cooperation and Partnership'-themed conference was attended by ministers, government officials, and business leaders in an effort to boost economic connectivity and discuss growth through collaboration opportunities.

The conference saw the presence of key personalities, such as Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Economy Minister and Chairman of Investopia, Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, and Alia bint Abdullah Al Mazrouei, Minister of State for Entrepreneurship. He pointed out that Arab-Asian non-oil trade exceeded $10 billion in 2023, with UAE-Azerbaijan trade alone reaching over $1.5 billion in 2022. He pinpointed the sectors for cooperation: green energy, technology, logistics, and food security.

Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi emphasized that the UAE hosting this event reaffirms its increasing role as a global leader in trade. He further reiterated the nation's resolve to cooperate closely with Arab and Asian allies to ensure the accomplishment of the strategic objectives of We the UAE 2031, further cementing the UAE as an international economic hub.

The conference had two main discussion sessions. The second session, 'The New Economy in the Region: Artificial Intelligence, Waste Management, and Food Security', discussed the changing face of new economy sectors and how they can propel sustainable development.

The talks ended in a common pledge to increase cooperation in key areas such as technology, renewable energy, digitalization, and climate change mitigation. There was consensus on the necessity of policy coordination and strategic investment to develop strong and diversified economies.

The conference was brought to an end with a roundtable session, where both regions' business leaders and ministers debated establishing an interactive platform for private sector interaction. They came to an agreement on organizing the second edition of the conference in Azerbaijan or one of the Central Asian countries in 2027, cementing the long-term vision for long-term economic development.
