Ampverse Group Names Global Executives to Advisory Board

Ampverse Group, a leading gaming and entertainment ecosystem, has announced the formation of a new board of advisors, featuring global executives from the gaming, advertising, investment, technology, and media sectors. This strategic initiative aims to accelerate the group's expansion and strengthen its position as a dominant industry player. The newly appointed board of advisors will drive Ampverse Group into its next growth phase under the leadership of CEO Charlie Baillie, the firm stated in a press release.

John Redgrave, from San Francisco, is a former vice president at Discord who played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success. He previously founded Lattice, later acquired by Apple, and Sentropy, sold to Discord. With a deep understanding of digital platforms and a keen eye for innovation, Redgrave brings invaluable expertise to Ampverse Group's advisory board. 

Marcus John, based in Singapore, has over three decades of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, federations, governments, and investors on major sports and entertainment investments, including the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, and Formula One. He is currently the CEO of Sports Capital Advisors and was formerly global head of Sports at WPP’s MediaCom and managing director of IMG/Endeavor China.

From Mumbai, Rohit Sharma, former COO and board member of AnyMind Group, founded POKKT, a leading mobile video advertising platform in India, SEA, and MENA, backed by leading investors such as JAFCO Asia, Jungle Ventures, Singtel Innov8, and GSF. Chirag Shah, also from Mumbai, is a seasoned entrepreneur who co-founded several ad tech companies, including one successfully acquired by Dentsu. He brings a wealth of experience in Gaming 360, scaling businesses, investment advice, and navigating complex markets. 

Oliver Woodley, from London, is the global commercial director of Soho House Group and a long-time investor in Ampverse, having previously held senior roles at VICE Media. Gita Ramakrishnan, based in London, is a seasoned investor with over 20 years of experience in capital markets, excelling in both private and public equities with a top decile performance record.

Ampverse Group highlighted that the combined expertise and global reach of the new board will significantly drive its ambitious growth plans. These advisors offer unmatched experience in digital innovation, strategic investments, and market expansion. Their insights and leadership will steer the group in exploring new opportunities, strengthening its market presence, and promoting sustainable growth.
