AEM Holdings Ltd. ('AEM' or 'the Group'), a global leader in test innovation, has appointed Kwek You-Cheer as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 2 January 2025. With over 20 years of international experience in strategic financial leadership, Mr. Kwek is poised to steer AEM’s financial strategy and enhance operational efficiency across the Group.
Mr. Kwek joins AEM from Lenovo Group’s Asia Pacific Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), where he served as CFO. Prior to his tenure at Lenovo, he held the role of CFO at Microsoft Hong Kong and has accumulated extensive financial experience over a decade at Schneider Electric. Mr. Kwek holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University.
